Native to the Mediterranean, oregano is a perennial flowering plant that is related to marjoram, as well as other herbs in the Lamiaceae family, including basil, mint and thyme. Originating in Southeast Asia, cinnamon bark is harvested from its tall namesake tree. While the inner bark is the source of one variety of essential oil, cinnamon leaves form the basis of another. Cinnamon bark oil has a warm, sweet fragrance that is closely associated with its familiar dry spice incarnation. Naturally, cinnamon is found in various cuisines the world over, and, given its reputation as a "hot" spice, is best used sparingly.

Benefits
Elevates, calms and comforts. Promotes emotional warmth and eases occasional stress and fatigue. Supports focus. Ignites the passions.

Perhaps one of the most popular oil blends in aromatherapy, Thief's Oil is a perfectly balanced blend of Lemon, Rosemary, Clove and Eucalyptus Oils. Based off the time-old concoction known as "Four Thieves Vinegar," Thief's Oil has a rich history of use dating back to the Dark Ages in Europe. The oils chosen for this popular blend sport cleansing properties, making it a natural, chemical-free alternative to store-bought toxic household cleaners.

Aroma
Strong. Spicy and earthy, with notes of licorice.

Benefits
Uplifting and energizing. Helps cleanse negative emotions and ease feelings of fear and doubt.

Presented in an ideal proprietary blend of Vanilla essential oil and jojoba oil, our Vanilla Blend affordably delivers vanilla benefits without breaking the bank (vanilla is the second-most expensive spice in the world!). My Review:
Piping Rock Essential Oils are amazing! I've been sick for about four days now and without Piping Rock Essential Oils I probably wouldn't be able to type this right now. I've been so stuffy, congested and coughing non stop and the only thing that has helped is Piping Rock's My 4 Thiefs Essential Oil, Pine Needle 100% Pure Essential Oil and Oregano 100% Pure Essential Oil. I've pretty much had my diffuser running nonstop with at least one of these oils over the last four days. My kids and husband are sick as well so I love that they are also reaping the benefits of these oils since the oils are in the air in the entire house. Piping Rock Essential Oils are qulity oils and it's a quality you can see with the first few drops out of the bottle. They smell very strong like all quality oils should but they also work wonders. They've helped relieve my symptoms and have me on the mend.

When I'm not sick one of my favorite oils by Piping Rock is their Cinnamon Bark 100% Pure Essential Oil. It smells amazing and is a wonderful natural way to bring some fragrance into your home. If you're looking for a cinnamon fragrance this is the oil for you. I also love Piping Rock's Vanilla Essential Oil Blend and Coffee 100% Pure Essential Oils. They will make your home smell amazing and they offer wonderful health benefits as well. Before you buy another chemical filled air freshener make sure you try these wonderful oils by Piping Rock for an all natural way to freshen your home and improve your health!

Strong and Kind by Korie Robertson Book Review

Strong and Kind: And Other Important Character Traits Your Child Needs to Succeed
by Korie Robertson (Author), Chrys Howard (Contributor), Willie Robertson (Contributor)

Book Description
It's never been more important to teach your children well. What America needs today are parents who don't just say they value these virtues but who live them and passionately and boldly teach them to their children. It's up to me and you and every parent in America to make the necessary changes to give our children the opportunity to change the world. We do that by instilling good character traits in them so that they will be capable of being the adults our world needs - Korie Robertson. Many parents want to see positive character traits in their children but wonder how to instill them. As stars of the hit reality-TV show Duck Dynasty, Korie and Willie Robertson receive loads of letters and messages from fans asking how they've raised such good kids. As they will tell you, 'it isn't always easy, but raising kids with good character is possible.' A straight-forward, practical approach to parenting, Strong and Kind helps you identify the character traits you want to see in your children and gives you the tools for putting them in place. Besides strength and kindness other character traits include: Self-Control, Honesty, Compassion, Patience, Joyfulness, Loyalty, Humility. By modeling positive traits, with confidence, consistency, creativity, unity, and in truth and love, you can increase the chances of your kids catching on. At the end of the day, the Duck Dynasty stars say the most important thing you can do for your children is what they do at the end of every episode: hand them over to God in prayer. Flap Copy: What Legacy Will You Pass Down To The Next Generation? 'After being a parent for twenty years, I have come to believe that the most important thing for parents to decide-more important than bottle or breastfeeding, more important than co-sleeping or sleep training, and even more important than whether to put your child in day care or become a stay-at-home parent - is what values are important to your family and how you will go about instilling those values in your children.'. Strong and Kind Korie Robertson - with the help of her mom, Chrys Howard, and with insights and stories from her husband, Willie - introduces nine character traits that children need in order to lead a successful life. And though there are no perfect parents or perfect children, Korie shares principles-based on biblical wisdom and time-tested practices-that will help you parent your own one-of-a-kind child.

About the Author
Korie Robertson is a New York Times bestselling author, the wife of Duck Commander® CEO Willie Robertson and star of A&E's Duck Dynasty. A mother of five, Korie balances family life and her role at Duck Commander with several ventures of her own, including her retail store Duck & Dressing, overseeing licensing for the family's brands and philanthropic work with a children's home in the Dominican Republic, Help One Now and adoption and foster care advocacy in Louisiana. Her writing credits include Duck Commander Devotions for Kids, The Women of Duck Commander: Surprising Insights from the Women Behind the Beards About What Makes This Family Work, Faith Commander: Living Five Values from the Parables of Jesus and The Duck Commander Family: How Faith, Family, and Ducks Built a Dynasty.

Appointments are offered between the hours of 8 am until midnight every day of the week, with fixed prices of $99 (60 minute), $139 (90 minute), and $169 (120 minute) per person, regardless of the type of massage selected.

To get started, the client downloads the iOS or Android app (soothe.com/app), then selects what type of massage is desired, the treatment length, and gender of the therapist. After entering the address of service and any notes about parking issues, the client enters the credit card for billing. Soothe then sends a confirmation to the customer's email. For clients who cannot download the app, they can book via soothe.com, which is available 24-7, or call a toll-free number (800.960.7668) during business hours.

In addition to offering massage for individuals and couples, Soothe offers chair massage services for corporate and special events, where a team of therapists can be present on site for a specific number of hours to service a group of individuals.

Soothe currently serves Los Angeles, Orange County, New York, Chicago, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Austin, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Washington D.C., Seattle, Dallas, Fort Worth, Vancouver (British Columbia), Boston and Philadelphia.
