I begin my weight loss journey with Nutrisystem at 146 pounds. I just had my fourth baby about 8 months ago and haven't managed to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight. As with my other kids the weight seems to linger no matter what I do. I'm not sure if it's something with my hormones but usually by about 18 months postpartum I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight, however this time around I don't want to wait that long to look good in my skinny jeans. I'm know on Instagram as @thecardioqueen and while I love cardio and actively engage in either running, spin or strength several times a week my body is still clinging to those extra pounds. I've always heard that eating several small meals a day can boost metabolism and help you loose weight but with four kiddos eating small frequent meals isn't easy to do. Most days I'm lucky if I get breakfast and when I do I usually eat enough to keep me going until lunch or often times dinner. I'm also a health nut and eat pretty healthy already so I'm excited to try Nutrisystem and see if they have the solution for me. I really think eating smaller meals, more frequently could be the key for me especially since the meals are ready to go and I don't have to spend time preparing them.
