Looking Forward to Spring - Nutrisystem Week 10

I haven't lost anymore weight so I'm still weighing in at 135 which is awesome since my goal was 136. I'm blown away at how easy and fast it was to hit my goal weight. Now that spring is upon us I'm working on getting outdoors and toning up. Spring is usually the time of year when I feel like it's easy to be active because the weather here in Arizona is amazing. I've started to run outdoors a few times a week now and feel healthier than ever. Now that I've lost weight running is much easier and I feel like a switch has been flipped and my metabolism is on fire. I have energy to do the things I enjoy and I'm looking forward to the next few weeks.
