Conduct mineral identification tests on them to find out what they are. Then, mount the mineral specimens onto rings you can keep and wear. Learn about the geological science of how minerals form, the rock cycle, and mineral identification tests.

Thames & Kosmos Barbie Crystal Geology Set is the perfect set for your little geologist! Kids can read the story and perform experiments alongside Barbie to learn all about geology. I have 3 girls in my house who absolutely love Barbie so they were super excited about this set. I also homeschool my kids so I too was excited to be able to use this set to help them learn about geology. It comes with special tools to excavate three real mineral specimens from a plaster block. It also teaches you how to conduct mineral identification tests on them to find out what they are. Then, when you're all done you can mount the mineral specimens onto rings you can keep and wear. Thames & Kosmos Barbie Crystal Geology Set was an absolute blast and my girls and I highly recommend it!
