Take Back Your Health with NutriGold!

At NutriGold, we don’t do any of the amazing things we do to make a splash, to prove those people who said “it couldn’t be done” wrong, to be controversial, to differentiate our brand, or to use them as justification for charging a "premium" price for our products like others do. We do what we do because our company is defined by integrity, and that means doing the right thing, even if nobody’s going to know whether we did it or not.

Fermented, Whole-Food Black Garlic Concentrate
The use of garlic for medicinal purposes dates back more than 5,000 years. Garlic’s cardiovascular effects are well known, and its theraputic properties just add to the appeal, with lipid and immune system support. The health-promoting effects of garlic are derived from sulphur-containing compounds such as allicin and S-allyl cysteine (SAC), a superstar antioxidant found abundantly in black garlic. Unfortunately, allicin is very unstable and degrades quickly under heat. It is also extremely pungent, which can limit its potential as a dietary supplement. This challenge is overcome by the aging and fermentation of black garlic, which increases the levels of the stable compound, SAC, and changes the flavor and odor of raw garlic to a sweet, umami flavor.

Fermented food ingredients provide numerous nutritional and health benefits. Many regular foods become even healthier when fermented, due to improvement in bioavailability of nutrients and phytochemicals, elimination of antinutrients or the increased production or creation of phytonutrients found in the raw material. Fermented black garlic is a prime example of how fermentation can make already-healthy foods even more exceptional. Black garlic is produced by aging regular garlic under mild heat, resulting in natural enzymatic fermentation. Fermentation reactions improve the black garlic’s immune-supportive activity and antioxidant potency—doubling the oxygen radical absorption capacity.

85% Omega-3s in Bioavailable Triglyceride Form
Omega-3 fatty acids, also known as polyunsaturated fatty acids, are essential to many of the body's functions, but cannot be synthesized by the body. Instead, to get the required amounts, they must be taken in from food or supplementation.

Omega-3 fatty acids can be found in fish, such as pollock, salmon, cod, tuna, and halibut; other seafood, including algae and krill; and some plant and nut oils. Omega-3 fatty acids play an important role in supporting cardiovascular and joint health, are important for brain function, and are crucial for normal growth and development.

Most fish oil supplements are either available in ethyl ester form or triglyceride form. Structurally, the major difference between the two forms is that in ethyl ester form, the fatty acids (EPA & DHA) are esterified to an ethanol backbone, while in triglyceride (TG) form, the fatty acids are esterified to a glycerol alcohol backbone.

Organic & Non-GMO, Plant-Based Whole Food Nutrients
Multivitamins are supplements that contain an array of vitamins and minerals. Although a healthy and varied diet is the best way to get all of the nutrients the body needs, that is not always a reality. People suffering from disease or illness, older people, or those with specific dietary restrictions or limited variety in their diet are often not getting all of the vitamins and minerals that they need from food sources. In these cases, supplementation can fill nutritional gaps and keep the body from deficiency.

Most commercially available multivitamin supplements feature vitamins either as synthetic isolates, which include vitamins created wholly in a lab from industrial chemicals and solvents; fermented nutrients, which are created by taking synthetic vitamin isolates and making them more bioavailable by fermenting them in nutritional yeast and/or probiotics; and/or whole-food/food-sourced nutrients, which are vitamins concentrated from natural food sources (e.g. herbs, fruits, spices, & vegetables).

Clinically-Proven Curcumin C3 Complex with BioPerine
Curcumin is a compound in the roots of turmeric (Curcuma longa), is the most popular spice in Indian cuisine, and is responsible for the extract's bright yellow / orange color. Turmeric has a long history of medicinal use in India and has been the subject of almost 3,000 pre-clinical investigations.

The active ingredients in turmeric, responsible for the medicinal root's abilities to support the body's immune response and protect cells from free radical damage, are called curcuminoids. The three major curcuminoids identified in pre-clinical investigations as having the most biological activity are curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, and bis-demethoxycurcumin. Curcumin, in particular, is noted for its antioxidant properties and is one of the best studied products in biomedical literature at a pre-clinical level.

Organic, Whole-Food Vitamin C from Fruits and Berries
Vitamin C is an antioxidant that is responsible for more than three hundred metabolic functions in the body, including the production of collagen, which forms the basis of connective tissues such as bones, teeth, and cartilage, production of adrenal hormones, and helps support immune, nervous system, cardiovascular, and eye health.

Vitamin C exists in nature as a complex of bioactive compounds including ascorbinogen, bioflavonoids, rutin, tyrosinase, Factor J, Factor K, and Factor P, which work synergistically to deliver therapeutic benefits. Ascorbic acid, which is listed on most product labels as vitamin C, is a man-made compound that does not occur in nature and is distinct from the whole-food vitamin C that is naturally present in foods, along with the cofactors required for its optimal utilization by the body.

Vegan Source of D3 (as Cholecalciferol) from Lichens
Vitamin D is supports heart, prostate, breast, colon, bone, dental, and immune health. It is important to many of the body's functions, but because vitamin D is present in most foods only in very small amounts, it is one of the most common deficiencies in the United States population. Vitamin D can be synthesized in the skin when it is exposed to sun; however, factors like sunscreen use, cloud or smog cover, time spent indoors, and others may limit the skin's exposure to sun. Many people do not get enough sun exposure to synthesize the amount of vitamin D they need, and when food and sunshine are not enough, supplementing can help reduce risk of deficiency in groups who otherwise may not get enough vitamin D.

My Review:
Take back your health with NutriGold! NutriGold sure does have an amazing selection of products to keep you healthy. I've been taking these vitamins and supplements for a little over a week now and I can honestly say that I've noticed an increase in my energy. I've also managed to stay healthy and avoid the cold that my 2 year old has had for over a week now. What I love most about these products from NutriGold is that the quality is superior to many vitamins and supplements on the market today. What that means is that they work better with your body to keep you healthy.

As someone who is not a fan of eating fish, I know how important taking an Omega-3 supplement is. As a runner, this is definitely one supplement I take on a regular basis to keep my body functioning properly!

NutriGold's Vitamin C Gold and Whole-Food Vegan Vitamin D3 Gold are also terrific vitamins to keep you healthy! Whenever I feel sickness coming on, I always up my vitamin C and D3 and honestly do seem to notice that it helps me get healthy much quicker. I also know so many people that are Vitamin D3 deficient and often recommend a daily vitamin D3 to those who don't get outdoors often. My husband being one of them as he works indoors in an office all day and rarely gets outside. I also know with winter comes snow and if you're like me, that will keep you indoors as well which is why taking a vitamin D3 is so important this winter!
