My Review:
CLIF, CLIF Kid and LUNA are the healthy way this mom of four fuels her day! One of my biggest health tips as a mom of four is to always, and I mean always have healthy snacks on hand. Why you ask? Well, because I often get so busy and wrapped up in my day that I often forget to eat. When that happens I usually raid the fridge and pantry and eat every fatty, sugary and unhealthy thing in sight. If you can keep you cravings in check you can make healthy choices which is why I have CLIF and LUNA bars on hand at all times to keep cravings at bay. Although, they also satisfy my cravings which makes eating healthy easier than ever!
