I've been a runner for years now and I've always heard great things about nuun within the running community, but I had yet to try any of their products until now. I was extremely excited to try these products to see how they would help me become a better runner.
One thing I've noticed over the years is that when I run for over thirty minutes I would get a nasty headache that would often turn into a migraine. I often thought maybe it had something to do with my electrolytes being out of balance and now feel like I finally have the answer.
