Week 11 is here and so is spring! I feel so much more alive than I did before my weight loss journey. I lost a pound this last week so I'm now at 134. That's actually 2 pounds under my goal. The inches I've lost and continue to lose are amazing. My thighs have slimmed and feel wonderful in my skinny jeans and perhaps I'll even venture outdoors in shorts this summer. I wake up wanting to be active and burn some calories. I have so much energy and can't wait to get out the door with the family. My family used to have to wait for me to get ready because I had no energy to get up and do anything but that's a thing of the past. I absolutely love all that Nutrisystem has done for me!
