Crock-Pot's new 8-Quart Express Crock XL Multi-Cooker cooks 70% faster than traditional cooking methods, when using the Pressure Cook setting. Another thing I love is that it allows me to Pressure cook, slow cook, brown/sear, sauté, and steam all using one versatile appliance.
