My Review:

Calphalon Signature 16-in. Roaster with Rack is amazing! I cooked a roast this weekend and tossed the veggies right in the roasting pan and it was absolutely delicious. I love that this roaster is dishwasher safe and is non stick which makes cleanup a breeze. I also remember being scolded as a child not to use metal on non-stick cooking pans but this Calphalon Signature 16-in. Roaster with Rack is so durable that you can use metal utensils without damaging it. It cooks evenly and the handles are wonderfully comfortable for transporting the roaster into and out of the oven. I also love that Calphalon's Signature 16-in. Roaster with Rack comes with a lifetime warranty, not that I expect to ever need it. This is one of the most durable things in my kitchen. The quality is superb! I can't wait to cook my Thanksgiving turkey in this roaster!
