My Favorite Foods - Week 7 with Nutrisystem

I have to admit I've had a tough week this week! I gained a few pounds back but having gone through this before I know not to panic. I also know my body pretty well and know that there's usually a week out of the month where I gain weight, sometimes up to 5 pounds. Most of the time this is just water weight so I'm hoping that's what's going on, as not much else has changed. I started the week at 134 and currently weight 137. I'm a tad disappointing not to see weight loss but I'm sure if I keep at it, and use the 5 tips below I'll be back on track in no time.

5 tips to drop water weight quickly:

1. Drink more water

2. Reduce your salt intake

3. 30 minutes of cardio

4. Eat more fiber
