I'm Loving My Scale!

As I move into week 4 I feel pretty good about my weight. I've lost 3 pounds in week three. I'm down to 138 and it feels great to step on the scale and actually see weight loss on a regular basis. I'm loving how comfortable my clothes feel and can't wait to go shopping for a few new outfits to add to my wardrobe. 

What I love most about Nutrisystem is that there's no measuring food. One of the biggest pains of weight loss is measuring food because it gets so difficult when you cook. With Nutrisystem weight loss is simple and as a mom of 4 it's just what I need!
