100% Tencel Lyocell fiber: Perlux mattress protectors are made with 100% premium TENCEL fibers derived from renewable eucalyptus wood pulp cellulose. What makes Tencel fibers so desirable, apart from being natural, is its unique properties making it softer than silk, absorb 50% more moisture than cotton and provide a material that is cooler than linen.

TENCEL is different than other natural and synthetic fibers in that it has the ability to absorb moisture into the inner most portion of the fiber where it's then released back into the air promoting thermo-regulation. This moisture management feature not only helps keep the sleeper cooler, but also helps naturally inhibit the growth of bacteria by removing moisture buildup on the outside of the TENCEL fiber.

Fluid, allergen and dust mite protection: to prevent allergens and fluids from passing through the protector, our protectors are back coated with a breathable, hypoallergenic and 100% waterproof membrane layer. This makes our protectors especially helpful for those with allergies or asthma as these allergens may be easily removed from the surface of the protector during recommended quarterly launderings.

Fitted sheet style: to ensure a great fit, an elastic band is used on the side skirt to automatically pull excess material under the mattress.

Perlux Invisa-Touch: our mattress protectors will not change the feel of your mattress. This is great for those with any type of mattress including innerspring, latex or memory foam

machine washable: simply wash with cold to hot water and tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron.

All Perlux mattress protectors are backed by a full replacement 10-year product warranty, contain no phthalates, pesticides, vinyl or PVC's and are registered as a class 1 medical device with the FDA.

My Review:
Everyday Pure Perlux Hypoallergenic Tencel Waterproof Mattress Protector is a must! I recently got a new mattress and love that this mattress protector from Everday Pure will protect my mattress from fluid, allergens and dust mites. As a mom of four I often have one, sometimes more of my kids in my bed so protecting the mattress from bed wetting is a must. We've had a few incidents and the Everyday Pure Perlux Hypoallergenic Tencel Waterproof Mattress Protector has come through for us. The mattress was safe and dry each time and the mess was easy to clean up because you can simply wash and dry the Everday Pure mattress protector and it's ready for use again. I highly believe you can extend the life of your mattress with the use of this mattress protector since it protects from fluid, allergens and dust mites your mattress will stay clean and fresh. When we think about a mattress protector protecting a bed from fluid we all think of kids wetting the bed but there are many other fluids that none of us want seeping into our mattresses and remaining there for the life of the mattress.

Another great thing to love about this Everyday Pure Perlux Hypoallergenic Tencel Waterproof Mattress Protector is that it's made of  100% Tencel Lyocell fiber is that it's derived from renewable eucalyptus wood pulp cellulose making it 100% natural. Tencel Lyocell fiber is also softer than silk, absorb 50% more moisture than cotton and provides a material that is cooler than linen. I'm amazed at how soft this mattress protector is and can attest that the material really does feel cool and comfortable.

I highly recommend this product!

  1. I need to check this out! We bought mattress covers when we bought new mattresses, but I don't remember if they're hypoallergenic

  2. Mattress covers are really the key to mattress longevity. After making a large purchase, like a mattress, it's worth it to spend a bit more and properly care for it.

  6. I want a new mattress cover now. LOL. My 4 year old obviously has a waterproof mattress cover and it is soooo loud.

  7. Mattress covers can get pretty uncomfortable. They can bunch or make you sweat or sound crinkly. (I obviously know too much about uncomfortable mattress covers). My birthday is coming up. Maybe I should put a new one on my wish list :)

  14. I am replacing my current mattress because it looks so nasty. It's ruined by sweat stains (thanks again menopause)and I still *enjoy* hot flashes several times nightly. I've paid extra to get a mattress that has cool gel so I don't want a mattress cover that blocks the heat wicking properties of the mattress and I don't want to spoil the cover of my new mattress either. Thanks for the review. I'm hoping that this product will meet my needs.
