I've used a lot of coconut oil over the last few years and I have to say Anjou's Organic Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Unrefined Coconut Oil is definitely one of my favorites. I use coconut oil in baking, sauteing and even body care. I absolutely love the flavor of Anjou's Organic Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Unrefined Coconut Oil. It's the perfect alternative to butter for cooking and baking and I love the moisture it adds to cakes and breads. I also love using Anjou's Organic Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Unrefined Coconut Oil as a hair mask to add some extra moisture to my overly dry hair. Living in Arizona my hair is incredibly dry but applying Anjou's Organic Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Unrefined Coconut Oil to my hair once a week and leaving on for 30 minutes completely restores my hair. Anjou's Organic Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Unrefined Coconut Oil also works amazing as a moisturizer for skin especially those extra dry areas like knees and elbows.
