Ardenne Farm's Gluten Free Pancake and Waffle Mix is wonderful! I love that it's light and fluffy and works for making both pancakes and waffles. I've tasted many gluten free pancakes and these are by far the best! Even my husband who is often the pickiest eater in the house loved them. I think it's awesome that Ardenne Farm's Pancake and Waffle Mix is also free of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. I added some fresh organic blueberries when I made both pancakes and waffles and they turned out terrific. They were the perfect amount of sweetness and I highly recommend them!

Ardenne Farm's Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix is so easy to make! Simply add a few ingredients, mix and bake. My three year old helped me make these cookies and had a blast doing so. Each cookie had the perfect amount of chocolate chips and was chewy yet crunchy around the edges. They were the perfect chocolate chip cookie and they didn't last long in my house.

My Review:
Ardenne Farm's Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix turned out perfect! I'll admit I'm not the best baker but this cake turned out beautiful. It was moist and absolutely delicious just like all cakes should be. When I told people it was gluten free, they were amazed. I think many people think gluten free products don't taste very good, but with the right ingredients they can be absolutely wonderful. I think Ardenne Farm's has perfected their recipes and really come up with some terrific mixes to make going gluten free as easy as can be!
