Otis Spunkmeyer Brand New Grab-N-Go Snacks are Perfect for Summer! I'm a huge fan of Otis Spunkmeyer goodies and have been ever since I tried my very first Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookie years and years ago at church. As a mom of 4 I'm also a huge fan of Otis Spunkmeyer's goodies because they contain no funky stuff. There's no HFCS, PHOs or artificial colors or flavors meaning I can feel good serving them to my family. And, not that Otis Spunkmeyer has come out with their brand New Grab-N-Go Snacks I can take them on the go with us and buy single products when I'm craving something sweet.
Otis Spunkmeyer's Chocolate Chunk Cookies are the most amazing chocolate chip cookies you'll ever taste. There's the perfect amount of chocolate in each bite and they're amazingly soft and chewy.
Otis Spunkmeyer's Iced Lemon & Cinnamon Crumb Loaf Cakes were probably made just for me! At least they seem like it. They are literally perfect in every way! They're the perfect size for a sweet treat and contain the perfect amount of delicious flavor. Each bite is like a little bite of heaven and I love that they taste just like homemade.

Makes 2 Large Trifle Cups
Recipe by
Ingredients
4 Otis Spunkmeyer Iced Lemon Mini Loaf Cakes
10 strawberries, hulled and chopped
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups fresh whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
4 ounces white chocolate, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Method
Chop the loaf cakes into bite sized pieces and set aside.
Place the strawberries in a medium bowl and pour in the sugar. Stir to combine. Let sit and macerate for about 5 minutes.
Whip together the cool whip (or whipped cream), melted chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Once smooth and fully combined, set aside.
Start by adding a layer of the Iced Lemon Loaf Cakes to the bottom of your cup or bowl. Use about 1/4 of the cake.
Top with 1/4 of the strawberry mixture, making sure some of the juices come along with the strawberries. YUM!
Top with fresh whipped cream mixture, again about 1/4.
Repeat the steps, stopping with the next layer of whipped cream. Two layers of each ingredient is enough for the trifle.
Repeat with the next cup or bowl. Recipe makes two large trifle cups.
